Christmas at St. Catharine
Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel, which means "God is with us."
Christmas is one of the most important days of the Church year, second only to Easter itself. It is the feast of the incarnation, the feast of God becoming flesh. It is a uniquely Christian teaching, the Divine choosing to become one of us.
Every Mass is like Christmas where the bread and wine are transformed into His Body and Blood, and, in a sense, He is born anew on the altar, just as He was born in Bethlehem (Hebrew for house of bread).

Simulcast and Live-Stream
In order to accommodate as many of the faithful as possible each Mass on Christmas Eve will be simulcast in the Parish Center, and live-streamed on our YouTube page.
Please Note: Holy Mass is Live-streamed for our parishioners who are Homebound, Sick & Vulnerable, Nursing Facility residents, and for Caretakers to the seriously ill.
It is meant to allow parishioners otherwise physically impeded from doing so to join St. Catharine in worship.
It does NOT fulfill the Lord's Day Obligation for those who can safely attend in person at an actual Mass.
